Job Title: Production Technician
Location: Watford, Hertfordshire
Join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Watford as a Production Technician. We're hiring motivated team players who can follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), has experience of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), handle large-scale equipment, and ensure quality through precise documentation and in-process checks.
What You'll Do:
Operate production machinery in a clean room environment
Follow SOPs and complete accurate batch documentation
Carry out in-process quality checks
Help with cleaning, setup, and general production duties
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For:
Experience in GMP, pharmaceutical, food, or chemical manufacturing
Sharp attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Able to work 12-hour shifts on a 4-on, 4-off rotation (days/nights)
Must have a driver's license and own transport
