Salary: £19.00 per hour - Paid Weekly
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off, 06:00 - 18:00

About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Production Shift Manager to join a fast-paced food manufacturing site in Evesham. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for driving performance, ensuring food safety, and supporting your team to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example on Health, Safety & Environmental standards
- Ensure all products meet food safety and quality standards
- Follow production plans and hit key operational targets
- Monitor and improve labour, yield, productivity, and service
- Run daily performance reviews (SIC/T1 meetings)
- Coach and develop your team, sharing best practices
- Take part in root cause analysis to solve performance issues
- Promote lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Maintain strong communication and high professional standards
- Work closely with other departments to meet business goals

What You'll Need:
- Previous experience as a Shift Manager or Senior Team Leader in food/FMCG
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
- Knowledge of food safety, quality standards, and customer expectations
- Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach and commitment to high standard
