Location: Hartlepool
Salary: £12.21 – £12.82 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time, temporary for the first 6 months then permanent
Shifts: 3-Shift Rotation (Mornings, Afternoons, Nights)

Job Summary:

We are looking for reliable Production Packers and Operators in Hartlepool with immediate effect.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, operating machinery, packing products, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Duties:

* Operate machinery safely and efficiently

* Pack and prepare products for dispatch

* Perform quality checks

* Maintain a clean and safe workspace

* Follow all health and safety procedures

Requirements:

* Previous manufacturing/production experience preferred (not essential)

* Ability to work 3-shift rotation

* Good attention to detail

* Reliable and hardworking

* Able to stand for long periods

* Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.

You must be able to access the site TS24 for shifts 6am – 2pm, 2pm to 10pm and 10pm to 6am on a rotational basis.

Currently the site operates on a 3 shift pattern, they reserve the right to change to a continental shift pattern with notice
