Production Operative - Congleton

Role: Production Operative Double Days and Night shifts available

Location: Congleton CW12 EU6

Pay rate: �14.45 training rate and day rate �17.34 for Night shift after training completed.

Start: As soon as possible

Duration: Temporary ongoing contracts with potential future opportunities

Shifts offered: 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10 pm alternating for the day shift or 10pm-6am for Night shift

Description: System Control Operator (SCO) operates a complete production line or production sequence, by monitoring and steering all relevant production processes and parameters for a defined sector of production, in a control room environment.

� Sets up and controls production program.

� Sets up production parameter and executes necessary checks.

� Constantly controls operations and monitors process results, acts according to contingency plans in case of deviations.

Makes predefined and specialised quality checks.

� Contributes to judgement on production results.

� Engages and coordinates maintenance staff for repair and maintenance issues.

� Advises directly related manufacturing staff.

� Please note - this position requires standing for extended periods of time.

Required Candidate:

� Worked in Production / Warehouse role or environment is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.

� Have a positive can - do attitude and is eager to learn.

� Be able to communicate positively.

� A flexible and adaptable mind set to respond effectively and efficiently to changing production requirements.
