£40,000 - £45,000, Monday - Friday early finish Friday

Our client is a leading manufacturer that is dedicated to producing products that's quality is recognised as second to none. With a strong order book & growth into various export markets they are looking for a Production Manager to join their operations team.

Role & Responsibilities:

Overseeing full manufacturing operations with a hands on approach to managing production processes

Overseeing team of operatives, ensuring quality standards are maintained, optimizing production efficiency

Maintaining staffing levels in line with budgets, making recommendations for staffing levels

Responsible for recruitment, interviews, appraisals, disciplinaries, holiday

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Experience within packaging manufacturing environments

Man management experience

Lean Manufacturing knowledge

Benefits Package:

£40,000 - £45,000, Monday - Friday early finish Friday
