Production Assistant:

• Assist with daily production tasks and ensure smooth workflow on the shop floor
• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor quality standards and report any issues to the Production Supervisor
• Prepare materials and tools for production runs
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces according to health and safety protocols
• Support inventory tracking, packaging, and dispatch as needed
• Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to meet production targets

Candidate for Production Assistant:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and standing for extended periods
• Basic mechanical understanding or willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and a genuine team player
