PRODUCTION ALLROUNDER - LARGE FORMAT GRAPHICS / SIGNS

LEICESTERSHIRE

Up to £35K DOE, 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension and overtime available

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

A dynamic and growing branding solutions company is seeking a versatile and skilled Production All-Rounder to join their busy production team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in large format printing and signage production to be part of a close-knit, high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting up artwork for production using Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW
• Operating large format printers and plotters
• Cutting, weeding, and taping vinyl graphics
• Applying graphics to a variety of substrates including boards and panels
• Assisting with general workshop duties to support the production process
• Ensuring high-quality output and meeting deadlines consistently
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring a clean, safe working environment

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW
• Experience operating large format printers and plotters
• Strong vinyl handling skills - including cutting, weeding, taping, and application
• A good eye for detail and ability to follow artwork specifications accurately
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Practical and proactive approach with a can-do attitude
