JOB- Product Support Co-ordinator �
LOCATION- East Sussex (some WFH may be possible after induction)
TERM- Permanent
SALARY- �24,000 - �28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
My client design and manufacture a variety of products and they are looking to take on a Product Support Co-ordinator on a permanent basis in the East Sussex area.
The Product Support Co-ordinator�will ideally have the following attributes:

• Previous experience working in a similar role would be ideal
• Product Support, Sales Support, Project Support, Marketing roles would all have given transferable skills
• Be able to work well individually as well as part of a team
• Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent proficiency working with computers, technical data and MS Office
• Have good initiative

The Product Support Co-ordinator role will involve:

• Providing product sales support
• Answering questions in relation to both new and existing products
• Communicating with different teams between engineering, sales and marketing
• Supporting product guide type material
• Helping with project communications
• Updating product information and technical data on the website when required
• Working on different projects and achieving the timescales set
• There is the opportunity to develop with the company long term
