Product Manager
Whitehall Resources currently require an experienced Product Manager to work with a key client.
**Please note this role falls INSIDE IR35 and will be hybrid onsite 2-3 Days a week in Gaydon**
Description:
* Product Manager, Comms role is a part of the Product Management Team who define policy, process, strategy, Lifecycle and Roadmap for communication related apps.
* Work within a large and complex customer environment spread across multiple sites using a variety of latest technologies and have demanding business requirements
The Role
* Define policy and process for the Communication related Apps.
* Maintain Product Lifecycle strategy for hardware and software products related to Mobile devices, MS Teams, MS Intune, MTR, AV equipment's, Session border Controllers (SBC)
* Testing new features and perform assessment for suitability for customer environment
* Application upgrade management, scoping of new version, requests for packaging, communication and roll out.
Your responsibilities:
* Creation of communication plans and frameworks for new product launches within productivity and collaboration
* Manage subscription for MS Teams and MS Intune
* Provide recommendation of Product features, upgrade, architecture and roadmap for Communication related product and apps
* Handle product related escalation and co-ordinate with Business and Vendor for resolution
* Liaising with 3rd party Vendors like Microsoft, Vodafone, Apple, Poly to resolve the Product related issues, subscription renewals, product evaluations and roadmap discussions
* Collaborate with different stakeholders including Business, Product Owners, Purchasing, Finance and Vendors
* Perform Operational service review for Third party vendors
Your Profile
* Essential skills/knowledge/experience: (Up to 10, Avoid repetition)
* In Depth and proven experience of MS Teams
* In depth and proven experience in MS Intune
* Understanding of MTR devices and AV equipment's
* Good knowledge of Windows, Apple Mac and Networking concepts
* Proven experience in Project Management and collaboration
* Excellent analytical and visualisation skills
* Excellent Communication skills
* Deliver Value to Business to right assessment and recommendation of products to Customer
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
* ITIL Foundation certified, Ideally ITIL Incident/Problem Practitioner
* 6-8 years' experience within a large complex IT department/organisation
* Ability to understand the Business from a user perspective
* Proactively takes responsibility, owns any issues arising and follows through to resolve them (get the required result)
* Has Made customer-oriented decisions and shares great stories of exceptional customer service
* Proven focus and ability to Identify and drive through Service Improvements and deliver value to Business
* Proven focus on identifying and documenting User and Service Risks and Issues.
* Works collaboratively with a range of people to support the wider business agenda
