Product Manager

Location: Birmingham (3 days per week)
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000
We're looking for a Product Manager to drive the strategic development and adoption of data and analytics solutions across this firm. You'll work closely with the Head of Data & Analytics to shape product roadmaps, lead key initiatives, champion data-driven decision-making and build strong stakeholder engagement across the business.
Key responsibilities:
Ownership of ongoing development of data analytics platform
Defining and managing roadmaps aligned with business goals
Build strong relationships and proactively upskill stakeholders in data and analytics
Provide insight through user research, data and competitor analysis
Requirements:
Experience in product management or ownership within Agile and DevOps environment
Strong communication and stakeholder influencing skills
Technical proficiency and ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
Analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach
