Join our CIB Cloud Success Team as a Product Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of cloud product innovation. We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused leader to drive the success of our Modular EKS, NextGen ECS, and ECR products. As a core leader, you will guide successful product launches, exceed customer expectations, and make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality products that resonate with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and articulate a product strategy and vision that delivers exceptional value to customers.
Lead discovery efforts and conduct market research to uncover customer solutions, integrating them into the product roadmap.
Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that supports the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
Build frameworks and track key success metrics, including cost, feature functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
Drive change across the organization, ensuring alignment and effective implementation of large-scale change programs.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including application, architecture, and SRE teams, to deliver high-quality products.
Engage effectively with stakeholders at various levels within the organization, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
