Product Engineer

Job Description 2605 – Product Engineer, Aberdeen

We have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled Product Engineer to join our team in Aberdeen . In this role, you will deliver support and maintenance services for the product portfolio, covering both operations and project deliverables, and you’ll ensure that applications are maintained in line with product roadmaps and business requirements. This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 3 days onsite per week (3/2 pattern). Additionally, you will provide out-of-hours support on an occasional basis for scheduled maintenance and project activities via the on-call support rota.

What you’ll do

Provide level 1 and level 2 application support and maintenance services
Installation, configuration, administration, support, maintenance and troubleshooting of the application portfolio
Engagement with 3rd party vendors as part of support and maintenance activities
Provide support for Onshore and offshore business applications
Related hardware accessory support and asset management
Ensure timely and accurate testing of solutions, patches and other maintenance activities prior to deployment
