Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery of Product Development projects - specifically launching new products either manufactured within the business or partnered with key suppliers.
• Coordinate internal teams across multiple departments and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Own the relationships with 3rd party product suppliers where relevant.
• Identify and mitigate risks to prevent delays or budget overruns.
• Monitor progress, evaluate performance, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide project updates.
• Utilise project management methodologies to clearly communicate objectives and responsibilities and help drive efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Project Management.
• Experience in a Manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Experience in launching new products and product development
• Experience in managing supplier relationships
