Location: Hybrid – 1 day per week in Central London
Contract Type: 6-Month Contract (Outside IR35)
Day Rate: £380/day

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with front-end engineers and cross-functional teams to design user-centric solutions.
Lead UX design efforts across digital products with a strong focus on customer experience.
Use Figma extensively to develop and communicate design ideas and prototypes.
Optimise user journeys with a focus on Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) .
Design and improve customer-facing website experiences, ensuring alignment with business and user goals.

Required Experience:
Proven experience as a UX Designer , ideally within a Product or Utilities-focused company .
