Our client is now looking for a Procurement & Logistics Assistant.
Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00-5:30pm
Location: London Bridge

We have a great new role for an experienced administrator for a design company based in the great London Bridge location.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the project teams and wider business.
Duties of the role:
· Placing orders with suppliers
· Receiving quotes
· Purchasing and approval of supplier invoices
· Dealing with order queries and updating the system with new orders
· Ensuring company systems are updated with delivery and logistical information.
· Any other duties as and when required
Requirements:
· Previous experience within a similar role
· Be available to start a new role immediately or on short notice is beneficial
· Customer service skills
· Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs and great Excel skills
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Must be able to work on own initiative
