Axon Moore is delighted to be partnering with an innovative and fast-paced business based just outside on Manchester City Centre. We’re looking for an individual with experience in procurement to join a dynamic team. In this key role, you will manage procurement data, process orders and invoices, and ensure timely delivery of materials in line with supplier agreements. You'll also play a hands-on role in sourcing new suppliers and supporting cost-saving initiatives across multiple project sites.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business and make a meaningful impact. The position is offered on a 12-month fixed-term basis, with strong potential to become permanent.

Location: Central Manchester

Salary: £25,000 – £26,000

Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain supplier accounts
Respond to supplier queries and phone calls
Accurately file orders and invoices
Maintain up-to-date supplier information and pricing in internal systems
Assist in sourcing suppliers for new project locations
Provide pricing information to commercial teams
Handle and resolve general telephone enquiries

Person specification:

Strong attention to detail
Previous administration experience (experience within the construction sector will be highly desirable)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with solid IT and numerical skills
Highly organised and capable of working independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to build and maintain strong working relationships
