Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Proclaim File Handler located in Blackburn. The Proclaim File Handler will be responsible for handling a large volume of claimant files using Proclaim case management system. They will work as part of a team to ensure timely delivery of service and accurate claims handling.
Qualifications
Experience in handling a large volume of files using Proclaim case management system
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational and time-management skills
An understanding of the recruitment and marketing industry is a plus
Experience in a similar role is preferred
A relevant degree or certification is beneficial, but not required
