Interim Process Development Technologist (6 Month FTC)
Are you passionate about bringing food products to life?
We're looking for an experienced Process Development Technologist to join a fast-paced chilled food manufacturing site on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
You'll play a key role in launching new products, leading factory trials, refining processes, and ensuring smooth handovers from kitchen concept to full-scale production. Working cross-functionally with NPD, Production, Technical, and Supply Chain teams, you’ll help drive quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead factory trials and manage recipe documentation.

Drive continuous improvement without compromising quality.

Support packaging innovation and sustainability initiatives.
