Process Safety Engineer - Chemical Manufacturing - Lincolnshire- £50k-75k + hybrid working, private healthcare, 10% bonus, 9 day fortnight

I'm working a multinational chemicals manufacturer, a world-leader in what they do. A company who prioritise development and encourage progression.

They're hiring for a Process Safety Engineer, who they can develop into the Process Safety Lead for the site, via succession planning.

They're looking for either an established Process Safety Engineer, or a Process Engineer with strong fundamentals, and a desire to develop into Process Safety.

You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects for both their UK and international sites.

You will have specific involvement in, but not be limited to;

- The development and implementation of internal process safety policies and procedures to meet the COMAH regulations requirements and site PSM program

- Supporting the update and revision of the Site COMAH safety report

- Leading/participating in HAZOP's and PHA's.

- Coordinating other process safety risk assessments for the site including LOPAs, SIL, DSEAR etc.

- Leading process safety incident investigations using recognised investigation techniques

You will be qualified as a Chemical Engineer, with an understanding of Process Safety within a highly regulated environment, like Chemicals, Oil & Gas, or other COMAH regulated sectors.

In return, you'll join a company who will actively invest in your future. They will implement a development plan to help you improve and ensure you have a formal progression plan in place from day 1.

They also operate a 9 day fortnight, have a hybrid working scheme, along with private healthcare, a strong pension contribution and a 10% bonus.
