Process Manager - Loans

Job Description Process Manager with Loans experience urgently required for a market-leading company based in Nottingham.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their loans operations - working closely with servicing, product, and strategy teams to design and manage end: end processes that are not only efficient but customer-focused, scalable, and compliant.

You will design and own end: end loan processes that deliver strong customer outcomes, identifying, assessing, and managing process risks - with the right controls and mitigations.

Working closely with product, engineering, and servicing teams, you will drive continuous improvement (using Lean Six Sigma methodologies), lead root cause analysis and problem-solving for breakdowns and inefficiencies, whilst monitoring and share performance insights.

Applicants must have the following:

Excellent experience in Process Management
Proven skills in design and ownership of end: end loan processes
Lean Six Sigma certified
Strong process design and continuous improvement skills
Proven track record in identifying risks and implementing control frameworks
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work cross-functionally
