Process Engineer (12 month FTC)

p This is a technical role focused on supporting the Site Manufacturing Strategy to meet the business goals. Ongoing support of key process improvement initiatives. /p p 2. Execution of plant modifications and engineering projects to meet strategic business performance targets. /p p b Requirements /b : /p p Act as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assume responsibility for the performance of key plant unit operations with a focus on continuous improvement: /p ul li Provide day-to-day support to manufacturing operation /li li Monitor plant performance /li li Identify and implement process-related improvements /li li Responsible for end-to-end process change procedures, handling a wide range of project – from process control software modifications to minor capital projects or participation on larger capital projects. /li li Troubleshooting of complex equipment related issues and development of engineering solutions to address identified problems. /li li Commissioning of new processes/equipment /li /ul p b Qualifications /b : /p ul li A degree in an engineering discipline is preferred, preferably chemical or mechanical engineering. /li li Proven hands on process engineering experience. /li li Strong communications skills with customers and management /li li Action oriented skills, ability to learn on the fly /li li Good problem solving, technical learning, time management and prioritising skills /li li Ability to work as part of team /li li Ability to think independently /li li Knowledge of environmental, health and safety legislation is desired /li li Field experience including troubleshooting, start-up and commissioning of equipment is desired /li li Previous experience in FDA regulated facility and knowledge of cGMP standards, OSIsoft PI and PCS (process control system) software will be considered a plus. /li /ul p b This is a 12 month fixed term contract opportunity /b /p b Our Benefits /b p CSL Seqirus is committed to attracting and retaining world-class employees who are valued for their contributions to achieving business objectives.
