I'm looking for an officer who can do the following:
An officer with a proven track record with the inspection and issuing of HMO' licences and can follow Councils approach to conditions
The Activities we are looking for are for the following :
Inspection of the properties
Review of paperwork and applications
Drafting licences and covering letters and then sending these out.
