Our client, a top ten UK accountancy firm and the largest provider of services to the SME market, is seeking a Private Client Tax Manager or Senior Manager to join their growing team in Leeds (with flexibility to be based at any office across the North East & Yorkshire region).
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with strong technical expertise in Private Client Tax. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality tax advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients while helping to shape and grow the regional tax offering.
Key Responsibilities

Provide tailored Private Client Tax advisory services to a wide variety of individuals, entrepreneurs, and families.

Support Partners and Directors in delivering a first-class service and complex advisory work.
*
Liaise directly with clients to resolve queries and build long-lasting relationships.
*
Assist in leading and developing a high-performing Private Client Tax team.
*
Contribute to the growth of the business through client development and strategic advisory input.

Oversee and monitor your team’s productivity, utilisation, and quality of delivery.

Provide coaching, conduct appraisals, and support continuous learning within your team.
