\nWe are seeking a dedicated Private Client Solicitor to join a busy department in Tonbridge. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload independently, covering all aspects of private client law including estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and related tax matters.

\n Key Responsibilities:

\n\n \n\t Managing your own caseload of private client matters with minimal supervision.
\n\t Providing specialist advice on estate and care fee planning, wills, lasting powers of attorney, trusts, probate, and administration of estates.
\n\t Advising clients on inheritance tax planning, investments, charities, and deputyship matters.
