Private Client Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are supporting a firm in Abderdeen who are looking for a Private Client Solicitor. Due to significant and sustained growth in workload, They are looking to expand the Private Client team with the appointment of Solicitors at all levels, including Associate and Senior Associate roles.
This is an exceptional opportunity for ambitious and experienced Private Client Solicitors who are looking for genuine career progression, with realistic and achievable Partnership prospects for the right candidates.

Private Client Solicitors – Associate, Senior Associate & Solicitor Levels
Location: Aberdeen (Albyn Place)
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:15 with a 1¼ hour lunch break)
Flexible working arrangements may be considered

About the Role:
Based in our Aberdeen office, you will be a key part of our respected Private Client team, advising a broad range of clients on a wide spectrum of matters including:

Wills and succession planning
Trusts and Executry Estates
Powers of Attorney and Guardianships
Tax and wealth planning
Asset protection and inheritance mattersWhat our client is Looking For:

Qualified Solicitor in Scots Law with demonstrable experience in Private Client work
Strong technical knowledge across relevant areas including Wills, Trusts, Executries, and Tax
