The Role
This position supports a busy Private Client Residential Department. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and paralegal support to fee earners, ensuring high standards of confidentiality and client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and contracts as directed
Managing case files using the firm’s case management system
Generating quotations for conveyancing services
Conducting Land Registry searches and other necessary online procedures
Preparing for contract exchanges and completions in line with industry standards
Responding to legal enquiries and drafting client reports
Conducting conveyancing searches and submitting SDLT forms
Preparing and submitting applications to the Land Registry
Performing general administrative duties (filing, photocopying, emailing, etc.)
