\nOur client is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor on a consultancy basis. This role is ideal for a self-supervising solicitor with expertise in all areas of private family law, including surrogacy law,
\n
\nKey Responsibilities
\n
\n• Handling a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, financial relief, and children’s proceedings.
\n
\n• Advising and representing clients on surrogacy and assisted reproduction law.
\n
\n• Conducting casework independently with minimal supervision.
\n
\n• Providing high-quality legal advice and ensuring excellent client care.
\n
\n• Supervising or mentoring junior staff where necessary.
\n
\n
\nRequirements
\n
\n• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with at least 5 years PQE in family law.
\n
\n• Strong experience in private family law, including financial and children matters.
\n
\n• Expertise in surrogacy law and assisted reproduction matters.

\n• Proven track record in wills, probate, contest probates and LPAs.
