This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior-level engineer looking to take on leadership, technical oversight, and project development responsibilities within a growing multidisciplinary consultancy.
Essential Criteria:
Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related field.
Extensive experience (typically 8+ years) working in a UK-based consultancy environment.
Proven track record delivering complex engineering projects from concept to completion.
Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
Strong client-facing ability with experience in project development and bid writing.
Desirable Criteria:
Chartered status (CEng or equivalent) or actively working towards it.
Sector knowledge across infrastructure, highways, drainage or structural engineering.
Experience managing junior staff and leading cross-discipline project teams.
Familiarity with industry-standard software (e.g., Civil 3D, MicroDrainage, Revit, etc.).
