Job Description Principal 360 Recruitment Consultants – Construction/Engineering x 2
Location: Cardiff
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 basic (depending on experience) + uncapped commission

The Role
As a Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will:
Manage and grow a warm desk with existing client relationships
Place high-value permanent roles (salaries £70k +) in the construction and engineering space
Contribute to the development of recruitment processes and best practices
Work with a collaborative, performance-driven team in a start-up environment with big growth plans

About You
We are looking for ambitious, humble recruiters who can hit the ground running.
You will have:
1–3 years’ experience in 360° permanent recruitment within construction / engineering
A strong track record of billing and relationship management
