We're working with a market leader in the Utilities and Infrastructure sector-specialists in delivering land, planning, environmental and geospatial solutions that unlock critical infrastructure projects across the UK and Ireland.
As part of their continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Principal Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Planner to join their collaborative Environmental and Planning team. You'll play a key role in shaping the environmental and planning strategy for major projects in Scotland, working alongside clients, stakeholders, and in-house technical teams.
What you'll be doing:
Lead and coordinate EIA and planning activity on a diverse portfolio of projects, from feasibility to submission of Environmental Outcomes Reports (EORs).
Manage and mentor a small team of planners and consultants, driving high standards and supporting their professional growth.
Build strong relationships with client teams, planning officers, and key project stakeholders across Scotland.
