Principal Consultant/ Associate Director (Ecology & Biodiversity)

Job Description I'm currently working with a forward-thinking environmental consultancy that's looking to strengthen its Ecology & Biodiversity team with the addition of a Principal Consultant or Associate Director. Location: Flexible, with the ability to attend the Grangemouth office at least once a week.

Qualifications:
A BSc and/or MSc in Ecology or a related field
Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., CIEEM)

Essential Experience & Skills:
Proven experience in line management or leading technical teams
Confident reviewing tenders, fee proposals, and technical reports
Strong client communication skills – particularly explaining complex ecological issues in plain language
A sound understanding of the Scottish planning system
