1:1 Teaching Assistant - Primary School in Horley

A welcoming primary school in Horley is looking for a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to provide personalised support to children with Autism, ADHD, and behavioural challenges. The Role:
- Provide one-to-one support to a child, helping them stay engaged and reach their learning goals.
- Work closely with the class teacher to create a positive and structured learning space.
- Identify and manage triggers, implementing strategies to support the child's emotional and educational development.
- Foster confidence, independence, and positive behaviours in the classroom.
