Primary Teacher Key Responsibilities:
In the role of a Primary Teacher, you will:
Design and deliver inspiring lessons that align with the National Curriculum, tailored to meet the individual needs of your pupils.
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where children feel safe, confident, and motivated to learn.
Track and assess student progress, providing clear and constructive feedback that encourages continuous improvement and academic growth.
Maintain strong classroom management, promoting respectful behaviour, collaboration, and a structured, supportive learning space.
Build strong partnerships with parents and carers, offering regular updates on student progress and working together to support their development.
Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure that every student receives the guidance and resources they need to succeed.What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven experience teaching Primary-aged children
Strong communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of young learners
