Pre-Litigation Paralegal (EL/PL) - Bradford

\n\n An established Yorkshire region practice has an excellent opportunity in their Bradford office for a pre-litigation paralegal who has at least 12 months' experience of handling claims in their pre-litigation stage. This role is focused around defending EL/PL claims arising from Personal Injury and would be an excellent opportunity for candidates who are looking to work in a highly-regarded law firm with opportunities for further development and progression.

\nThis is a role that will not involve litigation work and candidates should be aware that although there might be the opportunity to eventually transition into litigation this does not come within the scope of this role.

\nYour client base will mainly consist of well-known retailers and will involve gaining some excellent client contact experience along with regular opportunities to deal and negotiate with opponents, experts and statutory bodies. On top of previous paralegal experience, candidates will need to be highly organised and have a desire for further learning and development.

\nThis role will require attendance in my client's Bradford office which is located in the centre of the city and so candidates will need to live within a commutable distance from Bradford.
