You will be able to turn you hand to steel, groundworks, logistics and multi-task to deadlines. You will be highly organized and understand critical path and process.
Duties:
* Prepare and review technical designs
* Review program and buildability
* Add comment to sub-contractor selection
* Manage Bid & Tender Documentation throughout the life cycle
Non- Negotiables:
* Main Contractor experience
* Relevant Education & Training be that HND/HNC or Construction / Civil Engineering Degree
* Prior Design & Build Experience
* Strong communication skills
