About the Role:
Our client is an international firm, seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director to lead and establish a new Forensic Accounting practice. This is a unique opportunity to leverage the firm's extensive resources and collaborate with their established forensics team in the US. You will serve as a catalyst in growing out the practice and take direct responsibility for the growth and development of this department of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the Forensic Accounting practice, setting strategic direction and driving growth.
- Provide expert analysis and testimony in legal disputes, including valuation, damages, and corporate disputes.
- Manage and resolve cross-border disputes, ensuring compliance with international standards.
- Build and maintain a book of business, with a proven track record of generating at least £1M in revenue.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions.
Ideal Candidate:
- Extensive background in forensic accounting, with expertise in litigation support, valuation, damages, complex disputes, and international arbitration.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and grow a practice, with strong strategic and operational skills.
- Proven success in generating revenue and developing a substantial book of business.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
