Manage the mechanical delivery of flagship M&E projects from pre-construction through to client handover. Oversee the coordination and implementation of mechanical systems ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Liaise effectively with clients, design consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Monitor site progress, programme adherence, and manage all mechanical installation activities. Work closely with commercial teams to review budgets, variations, and project changes. Lead on-site teams and provide guidance to engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. In-depth technical knowledge of mechanical building services systems. Proven experience in project management of M&E services, with a strong focus on mechanical systems. Strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline. Demonstrable experience managing mechanical building services projects valued at £1 million or more. Comprehensive understanding of UK construction regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
