Job Description Job Title: Plumber\nLocation: North West \nEmployment Type: Full-Time, Temp to Perm\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nWe're working with a client who is based in Chester who has an exciting opportunity for Plumber to join their team with work across the North West areas. You may occasionally be required to travel further afield depending on contract demands. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations across a variety of tenanted properties.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nCarry out plumbing repairs and maintenance on social housing properties.\n\nInstall, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipework, drainage, and sanitary appliances.\n\nWork on Shower Pumps and Water Tanks \nDiagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently and effectively.\n\nCan do bits of multi works e.g joinery,tiling and plastering \n\nWork in compliance with health and safety regulations.\n\nProvide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with tenants and stakeholders.\n\nEnsure work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes.\n\nRequirements:\n\nNVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification.\n\nValid
