Your new company We're working with a building contractor to put together a team of trades staff to complete a 4 bedroom house renovation on the Wakefield/Barnsley border.Required trades include: Joiner, Plasterer, Plumber, Gas Engineer, TilerFull time roles until job completionAll trades paying £19ph-£24ph dependent on pay type with the gas engineer paying slightly higherASAP start Your new role Plastering- Re-plastering all rooms (boarding where required, skimming all others)Tiler- Re-tiling kitchens and bathrooms (walls and floors)Plumber- Re-plumbing kitchen and bathroom appliances as well as repairing/maintaining any heating systemsGas engineer- certify some gas pipework in the kitchenWill be aspects of finishing/painting works.ALL ROLES WILL REQUIRE ASPECTS OF HELPING OTHER TRADES AS AND WHEN REQUIRED What you'll need to succeed Must have NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent in relevant trade (Gas engineer must have gas safe registration)Must have own tools (materials will be provided)At least 3 years working in relevant sectorPrevious domestic maintenance/refurb experience required2 satisfactory references from within the last 12 monthsPictures of previous works completed beneficial but not essential What you'll get in return Regular weekly payAround 2 months work depending on the tradePotential for future workOption for holiday pay & pension What you need to do now
