We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber to join CBRE Managed Services Limited on a temporary basis.

Role Details:

• Job Title: Plumber
• Location: University College Hospital, Grafton Way Building, 1 Grafton Way, London, WC1E 6AS
• Start Date: 10/03/#####
• End Date: 13/04#####5
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:47
• Pay Rate: �24.00 per hour (Umbrella)
• Contract Type: Temporary (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out plumbing maintenance and repairs within a hospital environment.
• Work on toilets, cisterns, taps, basins, and TMVs (Thermostatic Mixing Valves).
• Ensure all work meets the required health and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Must have own tools and PPE.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a hospital or healthcare setting.
