PLM Solution Architect - Windchill

Job Title: PLM Solution Architect (Windchill & Digital Thread)
Role Overview:
The PLM Solution Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions using PTC Windchill . This role plays a critical part in shaping the Digital Thread strategy, ensuring seamless integration across engineering, manufacturing, and enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and implement PLM solutions with a focus on PTC Windchill .
Develop and maintain the Digital Thread framework to enable end-to-end product data connectivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Integrate PLM with ERP (SAP), CAD, and other enterprise systems.
Optimize workflows for Engineering Change Management (ECM), MPMLink, PartsLink, and Enterprise Systems Integration (ESI).
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead user training, adoption strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
