Plasterer

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Platerer to join Derby Homes on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The Role
As a Plasterer, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving our housing stock and public buildings. You’ll be responsible for a range of plastering works including repairs, renovations, and some multi-trade tasks such as tiling and flooring. You'll also work closely with colleagues and tenants, ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out internal and external plastering repairs and new works

Remove and apply ceramic tiles in kitchens and bathrooms

*

Lay or repair flooring in kitchens and bathrooms

*

Resolve minor technical issues independently on site

*

Maintain vehicle stock and submit accurate job records

What We’re Looking For

*

Proven experience in plastering, ideally within housing or public buildings

*

Ability to carry out associated tasks such as tiling and flooring

*

A proactive and customer-oriented approach

*

Full UK Drivers Licence
