Equation Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an employer for a Plant and Maintenance Engineer to join a growing manufacturer in Bicester. About the Role:
Carry out planned preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on manufacturing equipment and site facilities
Support engineering projects, from procurement to installation of new process equipment
Calibrate company equipment and support customer calibration services, including occasional UK and European travel
Work within a small, collaborative team and step in for the Engineering Manager when required
Liaise with customers on repairs, calibrations, and equipment orders
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified multi-skilled electrical/mechanical engineer (BTECONC, City & Guilds, Apprenticeship, or degree)
Hands-on experience with servicing, repairs, facilities maintenance, and system checks (pneumatics, RO, HVAC)
Strong communication skills, organised, adaptable, and proactive
