Planning Solicitor - Liverpool, Manchester or Leeds

We are looking to recruit an experienced Planning Lawyer (ideally from 3 PQE + or equivalent) to join our specialist Planning team.The TeamMichelle Spark leads the team working across office locations and she advises on large scale projects including a number of development consent orders in both the energy and infrastructure sectors.The team specialises in all aspects of Planning and Highways law including compulsory purchase, appropriation, public rights of way, regeneration, enforcement, planning and highways agreements and Town and Village Greens/ Common Land. The team offers a broad range of legal services and has a proven track record in supporting the delivery of high-profile mixed-use regeneration schemes.What we are looking forWe are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and commercially focussed planning lawyer who is keen to be part of a growing and ambitious team. You will be experienced in dealing with your own caseload as well as supervising junior members of the team and be used to being part of the team on larger, more complex projects involving multiple disciplinary specialisms from across the firm. Ideally you will have experience across the planning spectrum including DCOs, CPOs and general planning advice including transactional work. You will have excellent drafting and communication skills, be technically strong and be a team player.
