You will assist the team in putting together and submitting successful planning applications for a wide variety of clients. You will ideally have at least 3 plus years industry experience and be chartered or working towards your RTPI. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team and learn / progress within a reputable environment. Responsibilities / Requirements Processing of planning, listed building applications and all other planning mattersSite inspectionsclient consultations, working to timescales and agreed targetsDealing with post decision matters, discharge of conditions, re submissions and amendmentsBe the first point of contact for clients and handling all planning relation queriesPreparing client representations for planning appeals and deal with negotiationsYou will need to have a full driving licenceHave a relevant degree within Planning plus at least 3 + years experienced within the UKAttention to detail and accuracyEnthusitic and ambitiousThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a private planning consultancy and really progress within your planning career
