We are currently recruiting a picker/ sawman on nights, for one of our distribution clients, based in the Leeds area.
This is a temporary position with the potential of going permanent with the client after 12 weeks, for the right candidate.
*Reach Truck and Counter Balance licences is essential*
Order Picking / Packing - picking products per the customers requirements.
Running the saw machines - Cutting product as per customers requirements (Previous experience helps but not essential, on the job training provided)Hours, salary & benefits
Hours: Monday to Thursday 20:30 until 06:30 Monday to Wednesday/ Thursday 18:00 until 04:00. (Flexibility around working hours is essential) Friday afternoon / evening overtime available.
Salary bracket starting from £25,500 up to £28,000 depending on experience.
Hourly rate starts from £12.90 per hour (depending on experience) - Based on £25,500
Overtime Monday to Thursday is paid at time and a quarter / Friday and Saturdays paid at time and a half.
Annual Bonus paid in April each year (when permanent)
20 days holiday a year (which equates to 5 weeks on nights)
Closed bank holidays and down time over the Christmas period
