We’re currently recruiting passionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Teaching Assistants, HLTA's and Teachers in Newport, with the potential to transition into a qualified teaching role upon achieving QTS.
Role: Teaching Assistant, HLTA and Teachers (Future Teacher Pathway)
Location: Newport
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
(Full-time and part-time positions available)
Pay: From £89 per day (increasing to £166+ once qualified)
Start Date: Immediate

Your Responsibilities:
Support class teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
Help create a safe and positive learning environment for all pupils
Adapt to different age groups, subjects, and learning needs
Manage classroom behaviour and support pupil progress
Assist students with additional or special educational needs
Stay updated with the latest educational practices and trends
What You’ll Need:
Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) on the Update Service
Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to professional growth
Either already hold QTS or are currently working toward it

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
