Im currently supporting a fantastic client in their search for an experienced and customer-focused Personal Car Buyer to join their dynamic and growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 12-18 months car finance brokerage experience who is passionate about the car buying journey and delivering exceptional customer service.
Youll play a key role in guiding customers through the entire process from initial contact to sourcing their perfect car, negotiating the best deals with dealers, and ensuring a smooth handover.
What youll be doing:
? Contacting pre-approved customers promptly and efficiently
? Building strong relationships with customers and dealerships
? Understanding customers needs to source their ideal vehicle within budget
? Negotiating deals with dealerships to secure the best possible outcome
? Ensuring a seamless and positive customer journey from start to finish
? Collaborating with the Personal Assistance team to ensure a smooth handover to Customer Care
About you:
? Must have 12-18 months car finance brokerage experience
? Highly organised and able to manage multiple customer journeys
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? A passion for delivering a first-class customer experience
? Ability to take ownership of your workload and work to deadlines
? Motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach
? Knowledge of the car buying industry essential
The package:
?? OTE £40,000 - £50,000
?? Office-based role (regulatory requirement)
?? Hours: Monday to Sunday 9am to 8pm (rota basis) must be flexible, 2 in 4 Saturdays required
