Personal Advisor to Care Leavers including CWD and UASC cases to support their transition to adulthood. Experience as a Personal Advisor is essential as is a car and ability to travel across the UK.

Having knowledge of Leaving Care legislation and work with UASC is essential as Team is very busy. Ability to undertake Pathway Planning is a must and experience of using LCS would be beneficial.
