Performance Marketing Manager - Luxury FashionLondon (Hybrid - 3 days office based)An exciting opportunity to join a Luxury Fashionbrand in London.We are excited to be working witha beautiful & unique Luxury Fashion brand in London to help them finda talented Performance Marketing Manager! The brand is on a mission todeliver comfort, creativity and celebration, with their productsdesigned in their vibrant London studio. They sell their productsthrough their own website and established retailers such as Selfridges& Net-a-Porter.This is a newly created role on the team,which will report directly into the CEO & Co-Founder. It's a fantasticrole for someone who wants to come in and make their stamp on a smallbut mighty team!You must have hands on Paid Social experiencefor this role as they will be potentially taking the channel in-house!The Role:Digital Strategy - Own & drivetheir digital strategy across performance marketing channels to drivecustomer acquisition and growth in the UK & US.Paid Social- Run their Paid Social campaigns in-house, specifically on Meta butalso test new platforms.Agency Management - Work closelywith and manage their external paid media agency across PPC &Affiliates, challenging them and managing a sizeable budget.Test & Learn Approach - Oversee performance marketingchannel activity ensuring all channels meet ROAS and CAC targets.Reporting & Analysis - Analyse and report on KPIs weekly,identify opportunities to drive growth and make recommendations.Collaboration - work closely with their creative team todevelop clear briefs for ad campaigns.The IdealCandidate:+4 years experience working inperformance marketingWorked for a start-up/scale-up D2Cbrand, ideally Luxury, Fashion or RetailAgency managementexperience or has worked agency side themselvesHands on in Paid Social and abilityto create campaigns on Meta - essentialExperienceworking with a higher price pointStrong PerformanceMarketing knowledge - PPC, Paid Social, SEO & AffiliatesData driven and ability to convert insights into actionsExperience in SEO, Direct Mail and OOH is abonus!25 days holiday +your birthday offHybrid working (3 days office isessential)
